3. Microsites

So you just put an advertisement in market. Now what? A strategy needs to be in place to direct online traffic, control the availability of information and track the progression of leads sufficiently. Microsites are a great place to direct advertising and marketing campaign traffic as they enable you to record leads and control the volume and type of information available.

Your microsite should be an extension of your in-market message and should essentially be a landing page for individuals to gather more information about the featured product or service. With that being said, make sure your microsite is targeted, creative, and consistent with your marketing message- and don’t forget to track results and record best practices!
